SCRIGNOIdentiTel is the application developed by Banca Popolare di Sondrio to generate One Time Passwords (OTP) necessary for accessing SCRIGNO and authorizing financial transactions.

SCRIGNOIdentiTel allows users to operate online with ease and security through its advanced authentication methods: Push IdentiTel and QR IdentiTel. These methods provide users with the essential details of each transaction, allowing them to confirm it easily using biometrics (Touch ID or Face ID) or a dedicated PIN. The generated OTP is automatically passed to SCRIGNO for maximum speed and security.

In addition, SCRIGNOIdentiTel offers a manual OTP generation mode. In this mode, the OTP will appear on the smartphone's display and the user will need to enter it manually on the SCRIGNO Internet Banking page. When using SCRIGNOapp, this step occurs automatically.

SCRIGNOIdentiTel is designed to generate unique and operation-specific OTPs, minimizing the risk of fraud. It is important to use the advanced authentication methods whenever possible and carefully review the summarized transaction details displayed in the app before authorizing and generating an OTP sent to SCRIGNO.
